Manufacturing Set Up

Our batching plants raw materials are segregated by sieving method and then mixed weight to ensure accurate mixing of concrete. We have Columbia Pakona Machine for the production of blocks and paver. This machine gives greater strength to the products with more resistance to water leakage. Our production is fully automated and systematic. Company use forklifts for nil wastage.

Forkilifts ensuring safe conveyance of blocks and minimizing damages, all products are moved on forklifts & monitored strictly. Using steam curing system for getting effective curing.

Handmade Blocks V/s Automated Blocks

Water and Cement ratio cannot be maintained in Hand Blocks
Pressure application with handmade machine is very less and uneven as compare to hydraulically press machine ( Columbia Pakona Machine Model SPM20 of U.S.A) in which pressure application is in all direction
Ratio of mix proportion of material is not maintained in handmade or ordinary machine as compared to Automated Mixing Plant.
It give more carpet area in same built-up area
